Shipping policy
All orders placed in Crafty and Personal shop are shipped with Royal Mail as Standard 2nd Class service free of charge. We also offer 1st Class service and Special Deliveries with additional payment - these can be chosen during checkout. Please find below details of all delivery methods currently available:
